1.Payment Methods (Within Pakistan)

We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfers, and Debit/Credit Cards (including Visa and MasterCard) for orders placed within Pakistan.

2.Order Confirmation via Social Media

You may also confirm your order by sending us a message on our Facebook page, Instagram, or WhatsApp.

3.Made-to-Order Products (Pre-orders)

Our Made-to-Order items are custom creations and require a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 weeks for completion.
Please note: Pre-orders must be paid in advance.

Before placing a made-to-order request, kindly confirm any required customizations or changes with our representative via social media or the provided contact details to ensure clarity and satisfaction.

4.Customer Support & Inquiries

For complaints, suggestions, or general inquiries, kindly message us via our Facebook page, email, or contact us by phone. We are happy to assist you.

5.Delivery Timings & Rider Schedule

Please note that our delivery riders follow designated routes, not fixed times. Your patience and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

6.Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, Zarbahaar Jewellery will take full responsibility for the exchange.
Customers will be required to return the item via courier to our official address.

7.Exchange Requests (Size or Design)

Customers requesting an exchange (e.g., for bangle size or design) will be responsible for paying the delivery charges, which may vary based on your city.

8.Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of submission.
After this time, we will not be able to accommodate any changes, and the order must be received as placed.

9.Accurate Delivery Address Required

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate address, including house number, block number, street number, or a well-known nearby landmark.
Orders with incomplete addresses may be subject to cancellation.

10.Refund & Return Policy

We offer a refund and return policy for eligible items under certain conditions.
Please make sure to review our Refund & Return Policy conditions to confirm your eligibility before initiating a request.

11.Sale & Clearance Items

Items purchased during a sale or from our stock clearance section are not eligible for exchange or refund. Kindly review your selection carefully before confirming the order.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In cases where a pricing error occurs due to a typographical mistake or system issue, we reserve the right to cancel or decline any orders placed at the incorrect price.
