You are eligible for an exchange if:
You received the wrong product.
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
We do not accept exchanges for:
Change of mind
Products damaged due to misuse
Items purchased during sales or promotions
Custom or made-to-order pieces
To initiate an exchange:
Contact us on WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours.
Send clear pictures of the product and packaging.
Our team will verify and approve the request.
You may need to return the item via courier at your expense.
Once approved, your replacement item will be shipped within 5–7 working days after we receive the original item.
We currently do not offer refunds—only exchanges, unless the product is out of stock or unavailable after order confirmation.
