Condition of the Product

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be in its original condition. This includes all tags, labels, and packaging intact. The item must not be used, washed, or damaged in any way.

Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their order. Please ensure the product meets the eligibility criteria stated above.

Return & Refund Policy

We do offer refunds; however, a 20% deduction will be applied to the refunded amount as a restocking fee.
Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date.

Exchange Options

Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to a manufacturing issue or an error on our part, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.
  • For exchanges based on personal preferences or sizing concerns, we kindly ask that customers cover the return shipping charges.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain personal items cannot be exchanged, unless they are found to have a manufacturing defect.
